The Fire Burned Out 2 Houses in Cupak Early this Morning

Guntal.com - Two housing units in Jorong Sungai Rotan, Nagari Cupak, Gunung Talang District, caught fire on Saturday (27/5/23) early morning at 01.00 WIB.

AKP police chief Aam Hermanto said the owner of the house was Malinar Malik, 84. The cause of the fire is suspected to be a short circuit spark.

"The fire was extinguished at around 02.30 WIB with the help of four units of fire engines, namely two units of Solok Regency Damkar and 2 Solok City Damkar units," said AKP Aam.

He said there were no casualties, but the material losses of the two housing units and the furniture inside were estimated at approximately Rp600 million. *uc/un
