Three West Sumatran Young Players End TC U-20 National Team, Indra Sjafri: Visit and Kiss SSB Coach's Hand
The three players and their other colleagues were sent home after the end of the Indonesian U-20 Team training camp (TC) on Friday (9/2).
It is known that Ikram and Nabil have participated in TC phase 2 since the beginning which began on (30/12/2023). M. Rizal followed after being monitored with Persikopa U-17 who appeared in the 2023/2024 Soeratin Cup National Round Final, on February 3.
The coach of the Indonesian U-20 Team, Indra Sjafri is grateful that the training center is running according to the program that has been prepared.
"Thank God we ended the training camp and from tomorrow all players return to their respective clubs. I would like to thank all the club coaches who have given their permission to join the Indonesian U-20 team," he said on the federation's official website.
"Pak Ketum PSSI (Erick Thohir) also expressed his appreciation and we gave certificates of appreciation to their SSB coaches, and we gave 20 balls each player to his original SSB," he added.
To all the players, Indra Sjafri asked to go to the first coach of each player and kiss their hands.
"Ask for prayers and thank you and he is in the national team now because of them."
He said, the Indonesian U-20 Team will return to focus again in March. A number of trials have also been prepared.
